How Can you Gain Strength Fast?
While superhuman strength is not an overnight game, you can improve your strength quickly by mostly focusing on low rep ranges for the exercise you want to get strong at, using weights between 80-90 percent of your one rep max. Can Calisthenics Build Superhuman Strength?
Calisthenics can build superhuman strength, but like I mentioned earlier, it will be easier and more practical to do most movement patterns with weights. If you do use calisthenics, make sure to use progressively harder calisthenics exercises to build more strength.

The trainee should focus on an overall well-balanced training program with whole grains and complex carbohydrates, healthy plant-based fats and high quality whole protein sources.
You should pay attention to your calorie intake, eat meals before workouts and consume enough protein and fruits and vegetables.
What is a Good Sample Program for Superhuman Strength?
Working towards superhuman strength requires a good program design.
You can strength train three to five times per week. In your sessions, aim to train with mostly compound movements like the squat, bench press, deadlift, rows, farmer walks and more. You can also include work with heavy weights close to your 1 rep max.
