Personal Training Chambersburg, PA
Welcome to Personal Training with Rissa Fitness in Chambersburg, PA! My goal is for every personal training client to be given the tools to achieve their fitness, health and wellness goals in an enjoyable and sustainable way.
I offer personal training out of my private fully equipped studio. I train clients Monday-Friday from 1 pm-10 pm. I do not work mornings.
Each hour long session is customized to the individual and their short and long term goals.

My Experience
I have worked with numerous clients of different ages and ability levels. I have developed training programs for triathletes, runners, soccer players, weekend warriors and sedentary adults to improve their fitness and performance.
Client Recommendations
I recommend each client train 1-3 times per week for a minimum of three to six months.
Personal Training Rate
My rate is $75 per session or $80 for partners. I require a minimum ten session commitment, but allow clients to pay half up front and half at the fifth session.
