Online Nutrition Coaching

Johanna has been working with me with online nutrition coaching since July, 2016 and has been extremely successful!

Since then, Johanna has lost over 35 lb, has gained lean muscle mass, and has decreased her body fat percentage substantially.

She has also been able to decrease her resting heart rate, blood pressure, and resting cholesterol levels.

Johanna works hard in her personal training sessions, but a big part of her success has been her adherence to a solid nutrition plan with nutrition coaching.

Balanced Approach

She has never had to starve herself, take pills or other special supplements, or deprive herself of her favorite foods.

In fact, I would say she probably eats out 1-2 times per week and still enjoys special occasion and birthday dinners. In addition, she also enjoys a weekly free meal with friends. By keeping one or two relaxed meals per week, Johanna can stay sane and enjoy food without undoing her progress.

Health and Performance

Paying closer attention to her nutrition has allowed her health, energy levels, and skin tone to all improve. She also feels energetic during her training sessions and has been able to magnify her efforts with personal training by doing nutrition coaching.

Since starting the nutrition coaching, she has made faster improvements to both her strength and stamina. She also feels less tired during and after the training.

And best of all, we have not had to meet ONCE for nutrition coaching! We check in weekly and I make constant updates to her nutrition, but she is free to check-in and send updates when it fits her schedule–around 15 minutes per week ONLY on her end.

She is continuing to make great progress with minimal time and effort expended. I can’t wait to see her another few months from now!
