Online Coaching Success Story: Johanna

Johanna works with me through online coaching and has improved her fitness and strength tremendously. She is truly an online coaching success story.

Initially, Johanna worked with me in my one on one personal training. She had great success with the workouts, but wanted to add nutrition coaching to increase her weight loss results.

In August, Johanna decided to add nutrition coaching. She started losing weight, fueling her workouts better, and building muscle and strength at a faster rate. Within six months, she dropped from 160 to 130 lb and improved her blood pressure and cholesterol too.

Johanna continued to train with me in person for the rest of 2017, and recently transitioned to both online training and online nutrition coaching.

Now, instead of training with Johanna in person, I write her complete program and she can complete them as she wishes. Johanna wants to run a 5k this spring so I wrote her a program to help her achieve her goal.

I update her program weekly.

I am so impressed by her work ethic and compliance and her stellar results so far!

Johanna also motivates others with her online training success story. Her husband has also signed up for training and has lost weight and improved his blood work due to changes in his exercise and diet. I strongly believe that Johanna motivated him to get started.
