USPA Qualifying Totals
What are the qualifying totals to compete at Nationals?
The qualifying standards to compete at USPA Nationals are much more lax than in the USAPL. To qualify, you must receive a Class II Total in a USPA sanctioned meet. These totals are much less competitive than the totals you must receive to qualify to USAPL Nationals. You have up to one and a half years after you receive a qualifying total to compete in a national event in the USPA.
You may compete in a higher weight class if your total also qualifies you for the next class. However, you cannot compete in a lower weight class unless you have competed at that weight class in a USPA sanctioned event and received a qualifying total in that class.
