It is a convenient and flexible way to receive personalized fitness guidance and achieve your fitness goals.

Marissa will review your exercise videos and provide detailed corrections to help you with your technique, but she cannot deliver corrections in real time with this training option.

How Much Does Online Training Cost?

Marissa’s rate for online personal training is $100 per four weeks. If you want to add a customized nutrition program to the training program, the cost is $150 per four weeks. You can cancel at any time. She feels this rate is highly competitive considering that these programs are customized to each client rather than just a generic digital download exercise program or monthly subscription.

How Does This Type of Training Work?

After completing an application and interview process that helps Marissa determine your current fitness level, injury status, goals, time and equipment availability and experience, Marissa creates a personalized fitness program for you on the Trainerize app. She updates your program weekly based on your progress and feedback in relation to your goals!

Marissa also provides video guidance on every exercise in your program and gives you the option to submit your own videos back in the app for guidance and technique correction.
